1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnlineRecycle.net ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnlineRecycle.net is a local electronics recycling and resale service. The Service may allow you to:

• schedule local pickup or drop-off appointments
• purchase items from our Square storefront or marketplace listings
• contact us about electronics recycling, resale, or service questions

3. Item Condition and "As-Is" Sales

Recycled goods are sold "AS-IS" unless a listing clearly states otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to describe item condition accurately, but:

• items may have wear, defects, or missing components not visible in photos
• functionality is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as tested and working
• buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility and suitability for their intended use

4. Local Pickup Terms

For local pickup and drop-off coordination:

• appointments must be scheduled in advance
• payment may be required before pickup depending on the item or service
• you are responsible for safe loading and transport after pickup
• missed appointments or late cancellations may require rebooking

5. Pricing and Payment

• all prices are in USD
• prices may change until payment is completed
• payment is processed through Square or another authorized processor
• sales are final unless an item was materially misrepresented

6. Business Statements

OnlineRecycle.net is a for-profit service business. Customer purchases and pickup bookings are service transactions.

This site describes recycling, resale, pickup, and customer-support services. Owner-private accounting or operating decisions are not part of the customer checkout contract and do not change the terms of sale on this site.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of recycled goods and local pickup operations:

• all sales are final unless an item was materially misrepresented
• refund requests must be made promptly after receipt or pickup
• shipping costs, when applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation
• provide false information when scheduling service or making purchases
• misrepresent the origin or condition of items bought from this Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OnlineRecycle.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the item or service at issue
• we are not responsible for injury or property damage arising from misuse, improper transport, or improper handling after pickup

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service should first be raised with OnlineRecycle.net for good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, venue and governing law are as described below unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
